Bu ama&ccedil;la &uuml;zerine &ccedil;ivi tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f esnek plastik raket kullan\u0131larak yapraklara her y&ouml;nden vurularak mekanik yaprak yaralama i\u015flemi uygulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu uygulamalar hasattan 15 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce, 10 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce, 5 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce, 3 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce ve 1 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ba\u011fda kontrol dahil toplam 10 farkl\u0131 stres uygulamas\u0131 (baz\u0131 uygulamalar tekrarl\u0131 olarak) ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Sonu&ccedil; olarak; ge&ccedil; d&ouml;nem yaprak yaralama uygulamalar\u0131ndan Hasattan 1 g&uuml;n &ouml;nce (H&Ouml;1) mekanik yaprak yaralaman\u0131n; tane kuru a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, % kuru a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k, tane kabuk alan\u0131 ve tane kabuk alan\u0131/tane hacmi oran\u0131 de\u011ferlerini y&uuml;kseltti\u011fi belirlenmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cabernet-Sauvignon ve Merlot &uuml;z&uuml;m &ccedil;e\u015fitlerinde Tane Kabuk Alan\u0131 de\u011feri Kontrol uygulamas\u0131ndan d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k de\u011ferlere sahip olmu\u015ftur. Bunun yan\u0131nda tane kabuk alan\u0131/tane hacmi oran\u0131 her iki &ccedil;e\u015fit i&ccedil;in 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kontrol uygulamas\u0131nda daha y&uuml;ksek olmu\u015f ve yap\u0131lan uygulamalar bu oran\u0131 d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;rm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r.</p>",
