  "abstract": "<p>&Ouml;\u011fretmenler deneyim sahibi olduk&ccedil;a sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 daha kolay &ccedil;&ouml;zebilmektedir. Deneyimsiz &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131n\u0131ftaki problemler konusunda daha fazla \u015fik&acirc;yet&ccedil;i olduklar\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. Bu anlamda, mesle\u011fe yeni ba\u015flayan &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131k yapt\u0131klar\u0131 baz\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar ve hatalar vard\u0131r. Bu davran\u0131\u015flar ve hatalar belirlendi\u011fi taktirde e\u011fitim fak&uuml;ltelerinin programlar\u0131nda &ouml;zellikle bu t&uuml;r hatalar\u0131n giderilmesine y&ouml;nelik g&uuml;ncellemeler yap\u0131labilir. Bu ama&ccedil;la ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131 e\u011fitim fak&uuml;ltelerinden yeni mezun olan ve mesle\u011finin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda bulunan, mesleki deneyimi az olan &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131n\u0131f i&ccedil;erisinde s\u0131kl\u0131kla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 saptamak ve bunlar\u0131n i&ccedil;erisinden hangilerinin &ouml;\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131na g&ouml;re hata olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmektir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma tarama modelinde betimsel bir &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Bunun i&ccedil;in ilk a\u015famas\u0131 iki sorudan olu\u015fan anket ikinci a\u015famas\u0131 ise 10 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fan &ouml;\u011fretmen aday\u0131yla y&uuml;z y&uuml;ze g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fme \u015feklinde olmak &uuml;zere nitel y&ouml;ntemlerle yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan &ouml;\u011frenciler, olas\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z &ouml;rneklem se&ccedil;me y&ouml;ntemlerinden kolay ula\u015f\u0131labilir &ouml;rneklem se&ccedil;me y&ouml;ntemiyle se&ccedil;ilmi\u015ftir. Anket deneyimsiz &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin en s\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015f ve hatalar konusunda &ouml;\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015flerini, iki adet a&ccedil;\u0131k u&ccedil;lu soru ile almay\u0131 ama&ccedil;lamaktad\u0131r. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada elde edilen bulgular \u015funlard\u0131r: Deneyimsiz &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin s\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flarda frekans\u0131 en y&uuml;ksek olan tema ileti\u015fim ve &ouml;\u011fretim s&uuml;reci ile ilgili iken, s\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hatalarda frekans\u0131 en y&uuml;ksek olan tema mesle\u011fe uyum ve &ouml;\u011fretim s&uuml;reci ile ilgilidir. Di\u011fer hatalar ise, ileti\u015fim kuramama, derse haz\u0131rl\u0131ks\u0131z gelme, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sert ya da yumu\u015fak davranma, &ouml;\u011frencileri s\u0131k s\u0131k uyarmak, tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmek, s&uuml;rekli ayn\u0131 y&ouml;ntemle ders anlatmak, slayta ve ders kitab\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmak gibi &ouml;zetlenebilir.</p>\n\n<p>Teachers can easily solve problems as they become more experienced. Novice teachers are more complainant about problems in the classroom. The underlying reason is that novice teachers do not have enough experience to solve problems regarding classroom management. Teachers with adequate experience ensure problems to be solved easily in the classroom, by this means we can say that the quality of the education rises. Because, there is a significance difference between teachers&rsquo; experiences and students&rsquo; learning. To summarize, there are some behaviours and mistakes that beginner teachers do. In this respect, the aim of this research is to determine novice teachers behaviours in the classroom, and to detect which of these behaviours are perceived as mistakes among novice teachers. This research is a descriptive study in survey model. The data collection tool is developed by the researchers. Questionnaire with 2 open ended questions is aimed to detect student teachers&rsquo; views about novice teacher behaviours and mistakes. Questionnaire with two questions are asked to 10 people through face to face interview. Data analysis is done by content analysis method which is among one of the qualitative data analysis methods. First of all, views of novice teachers regarding common mistakes are analysed. 4 themes are emerged namely classroom management, teaching process, vocational adjustment and vocational commitment including sub categories. The highest frequency of novice teachers&rsquo; behaviours is in the theme of communication and teaching while the highest frequency of novice teachers&rsquo; mistakes is in the theme of vocational adjustment and teaching. Another common mistake of novice teachers are gathered in the theme of teaching with highest frequency of application sub category. The prominent statement of this subcategory is that teachers are not enough qualified for teaching competences. Classroom management is another theme of teachers&rsquo; mistakes. Objectivity is another issue which teacher trainees believe that teachers make mistakes about. Lastly, student teachers&rsquo; views about noive teachers&rsquo; mistakes are about vocational adjustment. Novice teachers&rsquo; are not very good at controlling their excitement and feelings, and they do mistakes about these issues.</p>",
