If the associated increased intraorbital pressure causes optical nerve and disc compression, emergency treatment to reduce the pressure is required. Here, we report the initially conservative management of a minimally displaced medial orbital fracture after blunt maxillofacial trauma and the late but sudden development of pneumo-orbit and OCS. </dc:description> <dc:identifier>https://aperta.ulakbim.gov.trrecord/228090</dc:identifier> <dc:identifier>oai:aperta.ulakbim.gov.tr:228090</dc:identifier> <dc:language>eng</dc:language> <dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights> <dc:rights>https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/</dc:rights> <dc:source>ENT updates 11(3) 144-147</dc:source> <dc:subject>Endoscopic orbital decompression</dc:subject> <dc:subject>endoscopic sinus surgery</dc:subject> <dc:subject>maxillofacial trauma</dc:subject> <dc:subject>pneumo-orbit</dc:subject> <dc:subject>orbital compartment syndrome</dc:subject> <dc:title>Late-onset Pneumo-orbit and Orbital Compartment Syndrome After Blunt Maxillofacial Trauma</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> <dc:type>publication-article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
