The sample of the research was<br>\ndetermined as 1200 white-collar employees working in TSI, 325 of them have been reached via the survey.<br>\nSurveys consist of samples aimed at obtaining demographic information of participants and measuring their<br>\ntransformational leadership perceptions and positive psychological capital. 296 feedbacks received related<br>\nto surveys and 278 of them were approved to be in the level sufficient to be used within the scope of the<br>\nsurvey research. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS statistical package programs have been used in order to analysis<br>\nthe data of the study. First, frequency analyses were applied in the scope of the demographic characteristics<br>\nof participants, and then exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis were applied<br>\nwithin the scope of the given answers to the scales used, and finally hypothesis tests were applied and, as<br>\na result, the positive psychological capital has been concluded to be associated with transformational<br>\nleadership.
